I remember as a child my parents had Rose's Lime and also the mention of Bath Estate and many stories of where they came from. When I eventually went to Dominica I had a great feeling of belonging.

I had no idea that the island was such a large provider of limes at one point. I have recently been there and fell in love with the place, especially their food, I found a page here,
http://dominica-guide.info/food/culinary.styles/
they go into some history of the food origins of the islands, and the cultural influences.
